FH_GetMiscSectionsRequired (entry-point)
Description
If you wish to have top-level sections of your report which are not about a record that has been selected by the user, these are called 'miscellaneous' sections. Implement FH_GetMiscSectionsRequired and return the number of miscellaneous sections you require. The actual content of each miscellaneous section must be generated by implementing another entry-point: FH_GetMiscSectionContent.

- The number of miscellaneous sections required.
