To view already-recorded sources for any item of information, open the relevant record in the Property Box (see How to View an Individual's Record in the Property Box) and open the Citation List Pane (see How to View the Property Box's Citation List Pane).
Whenever you click on any item of data in any tab of the Property Box, the Citation List Pane will be updated automatically to show the sources (if any) for the item of item data in question. For example, if you click on the Name field in the Main tab of the Property Box, when viewing an Individual record, the Sources For field at the top of the Citation List Pane will display 'Name', and the Citation List below it will show all citations for the Name (or be empty if there are none). To add a new source citation for the Name field (or whichever item of data it is), click on the button on the Citation List Pane toolbar (see Citation List Pane for more details). The new source citation will be added to the list of citations in the Citation List Pane. Remember, this list only show the citations for whatever is displayed in the field at the top of the Citation List Pane (Name, in our example).
The actual details of the source citation are entered and viewed in the Citation Window.
