Family Records
Family records are identified by this icon: 
.
They store information about families, and store links to all the
Individuals who make up the family. You can view and edit Family records
in the Property Box.
It is not necessary to create Family Records directly. Family Historian will automatically create Family Records for you when they are needed. You rarely even need to look directly at Family Records in the Property Box. You can see Family record Notes, for example, in the Notes tab when viewing the Individual records (in the Property Box) for either of the spouses/parents of the family. Similarly, you can see Family record events and attributes in the Facts tab when viewing the Individual records (in the Property Box) for either of the spouses/parents of the family.
