Main Toolbar

	Save changes to the current project/file.
	Show the file root in the Focus Window (or the first record, if no file root).
	Show the selected person as focus person in the Focus Window.
	Displays a dropdown menu with a choice of options for media to display in the Media Window.
View Ancestors	Show an Ancestors diagram for the selected Individual or couple (in the latter case, a Family record must be selected).
View Descendants	Show a Descendants diagram for the selected Individual or couple (in the latter case, a Family record must be selected).
View Ancestors & Descendants	Show an Ancestors & Descendants diagram for the selected Individual or couple (in the latter case, a Family record must be selected).
View All Relatives	Show an All Relatives diagram for the selected Individual or couple (in the latter case, a Family record must be selected).
Query Window	Open the Query Window, where you can view, run and edit queries; and create new ones.
Map Window	Displays a dropdown menu with a choice of options for displaying Map information in the Map Window: Map All Places Opens the Map Window and creates a new marker set which lists all the Place records in the current project, and a map marker for each place (if the place's latitude/longitude is known or can be determined automatically). Map Places for <selected Individuals> This option is only available if you have already selected one or more Individuals. It opens the Map Window and creates an expandable 2-level view, showing the Individuals and all the places that they are associated with, and a map marker for each one (if the place's latitude/longitude is known or can be determined automatically). Map Places for All Individuals Opens the Map Window and creates an expandable 2-level view, showing all the Individuals in the current project, and all the places that they are associated with, and a map marker for each one (if the place's latitude/longitude is known or can be determined automatically). View Map Window Opens the Map Window without creating any new marker sets. If you already have an open Map Window and your preference is to re-use the open Map Window (which is the default), a new marker set will be added to any existing marker sets that may already be showing in the open Map Window. You can easily switch between marker sets, or hide/show all markers, or delete or re-arrange them, using the buttons, options and dropdown 'Marker Set' list, in the top-left of the Map Window. However, if you prefer to open a new Map Window each time, set the 'Re-use of Open Windows Permitted' setting to 'No' for the Map Window in the 'Workspaces' tab of Preferences (accessible from the Tools menu).
Property Box	Opens the Property Box to view the selected record. Tip: A quick way to open the Property Box for a selected individual is to press ALT+Enter.
Find Record	Opens the Find Record dialog.
Move Up	Re-order the selected item to move it before a previous item of the same kind. Can be used to re-order fields of any type. It can be used in different windows. For example it can be used in the Focus Window to re-order children, in diagrams to re-order spouses, siblings or children, or in the Records Window to re-order any field.

Automatic Source Citations	Opens the Automatic Source Citation pane.
