Property Box: Main Tab for Submitter Records

This tab can be customized using the Customize Property Box dialog.  It displays the most important items of information relating to a Submitter record.

Although it is a global standard, the GEDCOM format used by Family Historian, was originally designed and specified by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Some of the fields and even records in GEDCOM are of significance only to members of the LDS Church. Submitter records are normally used when submitting a GEDCOM file to the LDS Church. In that case, it is used to identify the individuals or organisations that contributed information contained in the file. However, it can be used to identify the author of the information in the file, even if there is no intention of submitting this file to the LDS Church.

The fields on this tab are:

Name Submitter's name
Address Submitter's address
Telephone Submitter's telephone number
Email Submitter's email address
Web Site Submitter's web site
Language Preferred language of the Submitter'.  Please note that this is not how you specify the project language.  The project language is specified in the Header record.
