The fields that are available in this dialog depends on the context of use. In some contexts, the Label and/or Instance fields may not be available for example.

Fields

Item	Item name
Label	The label that will be displayed in boxes for this item. You can change it, or set it to blank if you don’t want a label.
Instance	All show all instances First first instance only Last last instance only
Text Alignment	Left left-aligned Centred centre-aligned Right right-aligned Justified Justified
