This menu is only available when the Book Window is active.
| Rebuild Book |
If you have changed the underlying data that a book is based on,
the book will update immediately to reflect the change. But you
must rebuild the book, in this case, before printing it, to be
sure that the layout is still correct. |

| Go To Page | Use this command to go to a particular page in the current book. |
| Copy Page ► | Use this command to copy a page of a book in Bitmap or Enhanced Metafile format. If copying as a bitmap, you can choose to copy it either at the current zoom level or at the default (100%) zoom level. |
| Zoom ► | This submenu provides various zoom options. |
| Zoom In | Zoom in. |
| Zoom Out | Zoom out |
| Whole Page | Zoom so that a whole page is visible (or 2 pages if the Two Pages check box has been ticked in the panel on the right hand side of the window). |
| Page Width | Zoom so that the whole width of a page is visible (or the width of 2 pages if the Two Pages check box has been ticked in the panel on the right hand side of the window). |
| Save Book As ► | Save the current book in the following formats... |
| PDF File | PDF Files preserve a book as it appears in Family Historian, and can be read by anyone with a free 'reader' program, such as Adobe Reader. |
| Word-processor Document (RTF) | Rich Text Format is supported by most serious word-processors (e.g. Microsoft Word). If you save a book in this format, you can view and edit it in a word-processor. |

Opens the Edit Book Dialog to
allow the book to be edited. |
