How to View an Individual's Record in the Property Box

Almost whatever you are doing, you can easily see a person's record in the Property Box. If you are viewing the Focus Window you normally just need to select their box by clicking on it. Unless you have a small screen, the Property Box will usually be docked on the right side, and will automatically show the record for the person you clicked on. If you are viewing another workspace window (e.g. the Diagram Window, Records Window or Query Window) double-clicking on the person's box, row or cell will normally open the Property Box with their record details. In the Media Window, you can even double-click on their face in a picture if the face has been linked to their record.

Alternatively, you can select the record and click on the Property Box button on the main application toolbar.
