Takes two Individual records as parameters and returns TRUE if they share their mitochondrial DNA. Everyone, male or female, inherits their mitochondrial DNA from their mother. So this means that each person will have not only the same mitochondrial DNA as their mother, but also as their mother's mother, and her mother, and so on. It also means that they have the same mitochondrial DNA as the sons and daughters of all of these women, and in turn, all the children of the daughters (but not the children of the sons) ... and so on down the female lines. It also means that if they are female (and only if they are female) they will have the same mitochondrial DNA as their own sons and daughters, and that they will have the same mitochondrial DNA as the children of their daughters (but not the children of their sons) ... and so on.
