Before seeking product support, however, you should first check the following sources of information for a solution to your problem or query:
The Help is what you are looking at now. To search the Help you can do the following:
When using Family Historian, if you are viewing a dialog box that has
a Help button, press this button to display help information that is
relevant to that dialog box. If there is no Help button pressing the F1
key will often take you to Help that is relevant to the window or dialog
that you are looking at. For example, you can get Help for the Focus
Window, Records Window, Diagram Window, Media Window, Query Window,
Reports Window, Book Window and Property Box, by simply pressing F1 when
using the respective window or dialog.
The Readme file was installed on your machine when Family Historian was installed. It contains information about the program, including a trouble-shooting section which you should read if Family Historian does not appear to be working correctly.
You can access the Readme file from the Family Historian menu, accessible from the Start menu.
Visit Family Historian on the web at www.family-historian.co.uk/support for up-to-date support options.
Also, if you bought Family Historian from a specialist genealogy supplier, they may provide telephone or email support or both.
