The pictures in this report are all links to a single photo. The picture options specify that the family photograph at the top should, for preference, be re-used when choosing pictures of the members of the family (see Picture Options in Figure 3 below).

Most Family Historian reports can include as many records as you like. You can change the records selected for the report by clicking on the Records... button. Click on the Save Report As... button to save the report as a word-processor document (in Rich Text Format), as a web page (in HTML format), or as a text document. Any report configuration can also be saved as a custom report.

To change the content, style and layout of the report, click on the Options... button. The options available in the Report Options dialog vary depending on the report type. The options for the Family Group Sheet report are reasonably typical, and are shown below (just remember, these are options - you can leave them all at their default settings if you want to):
